It’s Sunday and everyone is getting ready. The buss has arrived in town, and the venue is almost all set up. Kara is making sure everything is together at Ibeza and we are looking forward to seeing everybody in the district on deck! I rode over to my hotel with Keri Hilson, she’s real cool and I wish her luck on that new video, she’s up for a couple awards for it. My man Slim from 112 has a new label some new music and will be rolling out with us as well. I hear we have some great artist with us this year Maino, Jim Jones, Yung Berg, Karina, Jazmine Sullivan, and Pleasure P are all in town as well but I hadn’t seen them yet. Young Berg was with us last year and I am sure he’s going to rip it this year as well.
Wow, I don’t think I am ever ready to wake up at 3 AM but that’s going to be the drill for the next three weeks. I rolled up to the Club and the line was crazy. The Whole WKYS staff represented. Slim and Pleasure P were crazy the ladies love those guys. You never realize how many hits someone had or how much a song sticks in someone’s head until they take it back on stage and all the women loose their minds. I see nothing has changed with Berg either, I thought he was going to get snatched of the stage by some high school girls. Karina is a really cool young lady and now that I have seen her perform, I really get how talented she is. I think she’s going to do really well. Her dad is traveling with her and it great to see a parent involved and helping their kids realize a dream. Thanks to all of the adults who came out and represented with their kids, keep up the good work.

HEY! CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE BUS COME TO LOUISVILLE,KY ON AUGUST 5, AT THE LOUISVILLE WATERFRONT. MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS UPSET BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T GET SIGNATURE OF RUSS PARR. We just popped over to 12th street with Alfredas and hung out at CVS. Lots of just for me products. Alfredas has the most entertaining fans. There was this cool old school dude with some wing tip looking shoes and this class brown suit and then their was this cat in a super tight shirt riding a ten speed. He was like Lenny Armstrong… Look for him in the video! Were headed out of DC to Wilmington. Remember back in the day rappers at parties used to say, “if you’re not a square from Delaware, and you got on clean underwear somebody say oh yeah!” – (quote from the roof is on fire)
